Taking the Key

Realtor

A Third-Generation Houstonian

Since beginning his real estate career in 1987, Steve has built a reputation on creative marketing, sharp negotiation, and first-class service.

He grew up in Hunter's Creek Village riding his bicycle through Memorial Villages, Tanglewood, and River Oaks, and canoeing Buffalo Bayou between the Racquet Club and Houston Country Club.

That same instinct for finding his way — and helping others find theirs — has carried through into a real estate career built on genuine local knowledge and a natural talent for connecting with people.

Local Knowledge, Global Perspective

Steve stays current with the technology and research his clients need to understand market conditions and make informed decisions — but what sets him apart is how he works with people. In a city as diverse as Houston, he brings genuine care to every client and every property.

Community service drives him just as much as the deal: his philanthropic work with children's programs in Houston and abroad earned Steve, his wife Sheri, and their daughters Ellie and Martha Anne the Krist Foundation's Samaritan Spirit Award for their work with orphanages in Latin America.
